Using generative models to synthesize iris data
ABSTRACT
Authentication systems increasingly rely on using unique biometric features rather than or additionally to the use of physical keys, passwords and pin-codes. We are looking into utilizing GANs to generate synthetic images of eyes with an embedded iris texture given an iris code to challenge the security of such authentication systems.
